Sales & Custom Order Policy

At Sanford & Company, every piece—ready-to-wear or custom—is produced and curated with intention, craftsmanship, and elevated design. Please review the following terms prior to placing your order.

Ready-to-Wear (Non-Custom Items)

  • All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

  • Exchanges only are permitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Garments showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Orders (Apparel & Tumblers)

All custom items are made exclusively to order.

Production Timeline

  • Custom Apparel: Please allow 1–2 weeks, depending on order size and design.

  • Custom Tumblers: Please allow up to 3 weeks for production.

These timelines allow us to maintain our quality standards.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all custom items.

  • No exceptions. Orders will not enter production without payment in full.

Final Sale

  • All custom orders are final sale.

  • Custom items are not eligible for returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.

  • Production timelines do not include shipping or delivery transit time.
