Ready-to-Wear (Non-Custom Items)

Exchanges only are permitted within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Garments showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Custom Orders (Apparel & Tumblers)
All custom items are made exclusively to order.
Production Timeline

Custom Apparel: Please allow 1–2 weeks, depending on order size and design.

Custom Tumblers: Please allow up to 3 weeks for production.
These timelines allow us to maintain our quality standards.
Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all custom items.
